The centerpieces are very useful and welcome to decorate a table very wide and long. In this way, it will not be so bland and will give the house a very striking touch. These can be fixed or we can change them according to our taste or according to the upcoming holidays, such as Christmas.
In this case, we have proposed a centerpiece made with recycled materials. As we are in Autumn, the typical dry leaves can be used, as well as dried flowers and others Autumn materials like chestnuts.
Materials and tools
- Half a coconut shell.
- Aromatic dried flowers.
- Dry leaves.
- Skewer sticks.
- Clay.
- Chestnuts
- Curly wicker sticks.
- Silicone gun and silicone bars.
Crafting
First, we will clean the coconut shell very well, letting it dry. Later, we will paste around this peel a few dried flowers fragrant, thus, they will be much more decorative.
Then, we will take dry leaves and we will glue a chestnut with silicone to its base. In addition, from the back, we will stick a skewer stick, which we will nail to a plasticine ball that will go inside the coconut shell.
Lastly, we will nail also some curly wicker sticks, and we will put some more chestnuts inside the coconut to cover the plasticine. Just at the end of these wicker sticks we can stick the odd dried flower to give color to the top of this centerpiece.
