Hello dear friends of CraftsON! We are already in the final stretch of summer and although the heat is ending, we still really want to wear bright colors in these sunny days that we still have.
That's why today we're going to show you how to make a clutch in the easiest way imaginable . It's perfect for any occasion, from dinner to a stroll on the beach at sunset.
Material
- An individual tablecloth.
- A heat sealer gun and heat sealer glue.
- An ornament to put on the lapel.
Process
We'll start by choosing the fabric we want for our clutch . These days, placemats are made in countless materials, shapes, and colors, so if you prefer a clutch of a different shape, color, or texture, you won't have any trouble finding it.
We have chosen a rectangular, green placemat made of rough plastic and diamonds. An ideal color for this summer.
We'll fold the placemat into three equal parts. We'll mark them with a pencil or simply keep one of the folds to attach it with the heat gun.
To make this clutch, we glued both ends together on the inside and it was fixed in a few seconds.
Finally, we've added an embellishment (in this case a watermelon) as an accessory to give a basic clutch a more original touch.
