Process
First, we will take a strip of the washi tape and place it on the lower edge short of the plastic bag. We will trim the excess tape just flush with the longest edges so that they don't ride on top of each other and look ugly.
Then we will fill the bag with the sequins and we will seal this open end with another strip of adhesive tape, doing the same previous operation.
Finally, we will distribute the same amount of sequin to both sides and we will pinch the center with our fingers, then wrap with a couple of turns of the patterned washi tape.
