Craft to learn to tie shoelaces

Hello everybody! In today's craft we are going to do another learning craft, in this case to learn how to tie shoelaces. It is a very simple craft to do and very useful for the little ones in the house since they can practice at any time. It can even be used as entertainment outside the home.

Do you want to see how you can do it?

Materials that we will need to make our craft to learn to tie shoelaces

  • Cardboard, the size we prefer to make this craft. Although the ideal is that the feet are approximately the same size as those of the child who is going to practice.
  • Wool of the color you want or fine laces.
  • Scissors.
  • Cutter.
  • Marker pen.

Hands on craft

You can see how to make this craft step by step in the following video:

  1. We cut the piece of base cardboard the size that we want the craft. It can be small size to carry it easier.
  2. We draw two slippers with marker. It can be a very simple design or you can paste a printed drawing.
  3. We make holes drilling the cardboard, where the holes for the laces would be in the shoes that we have. It is important that the holes are well rounded, to avoid the wool or the cord from getting stuck.
  4. We pass the wool as a cord, leaving the ends untied, since that will be the learning task that the little ones in the house will do.
  5. To help you accomplish this task, we can draw in the upper part how to make a loop in a schematic and simple way and thus they can imitate the steps drawn with the ends of the wool.

And ready! We can now begin to practice how to tie shoes so that our children will be more self-reliant.

I hope you cheer up and do this craft.
