- Clip or office clamp.
- Ribbon or lace.
- Scissors.
- Lighter.
- Liquid glue.
Process to make the bookmark clip:
- Fold one of the tabs of the clip, it will help you in the next step.
- Cut about eight inches of tape, you will have leftover tape but it is to work with ease.
- Enter from one of the sides for the closed shape and tie a simple knot.
- Cut to the sides of the knot in the form of a diagonal. Leave a centimeter of distance for this.
- Do the same on the other side of the clip. Being open will not prevent you to tie the knot.
- With the lighter seal the ends of the tape, this will prevent the tape from fraying.
- Put a dot of glue right at the knot and let it dry, so the tape will not unravel over time.
- You can do all you want and play with the colors, also with the ribbons, and make a bow on each side if you prefer it more feminine.
