Elegant card to celebrate father's day

Father's day arrives on March 19 and we always like to have a nice detail with ours. In this post I am going to teach you how to make a very elegant card Inspired by a gala dress, typical of the most famous movie actor.

Materials to make the Father's Day card

• Colored cards
• Colored eva rubber
• Scissors
• Glue
• Ruler
• Silver permanent markers
• Clips
• Eva rubber punches

Procedure for preparing the Father's Day card

• To start you need a 24 x 16 cm black card or the size you like best.
• With the help of the ruler, make a mark at 12 cm, which will be half of the cardboard.
• Fold one side towards that mark.
• Do the same with the other side.

• Now, fold out each of the corners to form the lapels of the jacket as you see in the photos.
• With a pencil make the marks where you will cut later the lapels of the jacket.

• Go over the outline with a silver marker to highlight the lines.
• You can also do a pocket.
• Cut out a circle of eva rubber about 5 cm in diameter and cut it into a spiral.

• Roll up the spiral until you get a flower like the one in the photo.
• Put a little glue on the end so it won't open.
• Make some green leaves or flowers with the hole punches and glue them to the side of the jacket.

• You can also draw him some buttons.
• Now cut out a 16 x 11.5 cm white card and stick it inside the jacket.
• To form the bow tie cut out these two pieces in black glitter foam rubber.

• Twist the piece in the center and glue the strip to form the bow.
• Stick it on the white part.

• Put inside the message that you like the most, I have put a letter P with silver card and the rest of "Dad" with marker.
• Then I glued a glitter heart to it.
• To close it and prevent it from opening you can use a paper clip.
