Father's Day It's March 19 and it's just around the corner. In this post I am going to teach you how to make this paper medal so that you can reward your dad.
Materials to make the father's day medal
- Colored paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Ruler and pencil
- Rubber eva
- Heart and circle punch
Procedure for making the Father's Day medal
- To begin with, choose 3 shades of colors to make the medal.
- Use the ruler to measure a strip of paper that measures 5 cm x 29 cm.
- We will need two strips the same.
- Pleasure 1 cm markings along the entire strip of paper
- Ve doubling down those marks the paper to form an accordion. Forward and backward.
- Do the same with the two strips.
- Glue one strip onto another fitting the pieces as if they were a puzzle.
- Then close the ends sticking one over the other.
- Press down on our piece of paper and we will stay a circle like the one you see in the picture. Put something heavy to prevent it from opening.
- Glue a circle of eva rubber above the hole to be able to close the medal and do the same from the back.
- In white eva rubber, cut out another bigger circle to place it in the center of the medal.
- Cut it out and glue it on top.
- Short two 3 cm strips of paper wide by 15 long and trim the ends in the shape of an arrow.
- Glue them from the back as you see in the image slightly inclined.
- With permanent marker write the message for your father, it may be the one you like the most.
- With the hole punch hearts I'm going to do two red with cardboard and I am going to stick them in the center of the medal.
And so the medal to give to your father in his day is finished. I hope you liked it. See you on the next idea.
