You can see this manual step by step in the following video:
First step:
We take the compass and prepare to make a circle 6 cm in diameter. In the central part where we have the center of the circle, we make a straight line 15 cm downwards. At the tip of the other line, we make another circle 6 cm in diameter.
Second step:
We mark two parallel lines that are drawn on the edges of the circle. Then we cut it out.
Third step:
We cut out a rectangle of red cardboard that extends from the center point of one circle to the other. We draw an ear freehand on orange cardboard. Then we use it as a template to make another one.
Fourth step:
With one of the ears, we use it as a template again to make another one. This time we will draw it in another small one, since that will be what we cut out. We glue the yellow parts inside the orange and we will form the ears. Then we glue them to the structure.
Fifth step:
We fold the structure in half. Then we take a piece of the circle from above and fold it outwards, in order to make the tiger's face.
Step Six:
On a piece of white cardboard, we make a freehand snout. With the black marker we draw the nose and the black dots.
Seventh step:
We close our eyes. We also glued the snout, but we will place it strategically so that it does not hit the lower part of the mouth when we manipulate it. We paint the black stripes on the face. We also painted some black lines around the red cardboard quadrant.
Eighth step:
We cut out two pieces of orange cardboard and shape it to stick it behind the structure. The idea is that we can hold it with our fingers and we can open and close it.
Nineth step:
With the black marker we draw a piece of a mouth at the bottom.
