Halloween wreath for the door
These are the materials We are going to need to create a Halloween wreath to decorate the front door of the house.
- Cardboard
- Lana black
- EVA rubber orange and also black
- Pipe cleaner orange and black
- Scissors
- Marker
- Gun and sticks of sylicon
Steps to create the Halloween wreath
With the help of a large plate we draw a circle on the cardboard of the diameter that we want.
With a smaller plate, we draw a smaller circumference inside the one we had drawn before.
We cut the base of the crown on the outside and we also cut the inner part, we have to obtain a cardboard base like the one in the image.
Now we are going to cover the cardboard base with black wool. Let's go rolling the wool little by little, until the cardboard is completely hidden.
When the base is well covered, we cut the thread and tie a knot so that it does not fall apart. We hide the cape under the wool itself.
Now let's create the whiskers, we roll an orange pipe cleaner over a black one.
We repeat until we get 6 pipe cleaners of the two colors.
We knot the mustaches on the sides of the crown, three on each side.
Now let's make cat ears with EVA rubber. In black we make the upper part and with orange the inner part.
With the silicone gun we glue the pieces of the ears and when they are ready, we glue to the crown with a few drops of silicone hot.
And voila, we only have place a piece of string or wool at the base of the crown to be able to hang it on the door. You'll impress the neighbors when they walk through your front door.
