Good morning friends of crafts ON, Today I bring you a very easy craft: let's see how to make some homemade stamps in five minutes !!!
They are formed with two main materials, which you surely have at home. So let's go with the step by step:
Makings:
As you can see in the image, the necessary materials are these:
- Gomaeva or foamy.
- Plugs.
- Dies or punching machines for shapes.
- Glue.
Processing:
In just two steps we will get our stamps:
- With punch or die we take out the desired shape. If we do not have them, nothing happens, because we can use a pencil and make the drawing that we want on the rubber or foamy and then we will cut it out with the scissors. It doesn't have to be a very complicated drawing, with a geometric shape it would be great for us like hearts, butterflies, stars or, in my case, flowers.
- Finally we take the stopper, it can be made of plastic, from any bottle or cork ... (you have to take into account the size of the stopper, to make the shape and cut it out or die-cut it, since it has to be slightly smaller than the stopper where you put it). With the glue we will glue the shape to the cork and we will have our stamp ready to decorate our crafts.
We already have our homemade stamp made in a jiffy. We will only need ink and stamp what we can think of: I have used these stamps to decorate small cards to place them in the packages and personalize them with the name of the recipient ... they can also be placed on paper and thus make our own gift wrapping, we can make greeting cards, or personalize our notebooks, we just have to let our imagination fly and above all have fun with them.
