In this tutorial I teach you how to decorate one notebook with Hama beads and a design of arco iris that will give you a lot of life and joy. Get ready for the Back to School and create the most original notebooks.
Materials
To make the design of the notebook with Hama Beads you will need the following materials:
- Hama beads
- Base to place the Hama Beads
- Precision tweezers
- Bimini
- Vegetal paper
Of course, you will also need a notebook to put that decoration on it, and as an adhesive you can choose an instant glue or hot silicone.
In addition to this, if you want to make the same design as the one you are going to see in the tutorial, I'll leave you the standard I have drawn you on a grid template to make it easier for you to do.
Step by step
To decorate notebooks with Hama Beads, select the colors you will need. If you want to make the same design that I have made you will need:
- Verde
- Purple
- Yellow
- ____
- Blanco
- RED
- Orange
- BLUE
- Black
With the help of tweezers go placing the beads at the base of the skewers Hama beads. Start with the entire black outline so that later it will be easier for you to fill in. In reality the tweezers are not strictly necessary, you can do it with your fingers, especially when the size of the Hama Beads are medium or large. I have used the mini and without a doubt the clamps speed up the work a lot and help considerably.
When you have all the outline done, you can fill in the gaps in the drawing. You will see that if you do it in this order it will be much easier.
And this is how it would be with all the accounts in place. Be careful and do not move it a lot because with any friction it is easy for them to move.
Now that everything is in place, let's fix it. Place a sheet of vegetable paper on the design being careful not to drop or move any beads. Pass the the griddle heat on that paper for a few seconds.
Take the design out of the skewer base, flip it over, and place another sheet of greaseproof paper on the other side, like a sandwich. Iron it again to fix it on the other side as well.
And the result will be this:
To finish, decorate the notebook by simply applying a little instant adhesive o hot silicone in the design you just made, and paste it immediately on the pastes of the notebook.
