Pendant with glass boat and stars.

Pendant with glass jar

Hello everybody. Today I bring you a simple step-by-step tutorial to make this beautiful pendant with a glass jar and stars.

It is a nice craft that we can do to give to our moms now that Mother's Day is approaching. A beautiful pendant with a glass bottle and stars will leave them fascinated and happy.

Materials

  • A small glass jar with a cork stopper.
  • Chain, washers and crimps to mount the pendant.
  • Colored satin ribbon.
  • Little stars of colors.
  • Gel glitter.
  • A large needle.
  • Charms.
  • Tweezers and pliers.

Procedure for assembling the glass jar pendant

The first thing we have to do to start assembling our pendant with a glass jar and stars is to make sure that it does not have dust or other residues inside and clean it well. Once clean we will take the glitter gel and fill it halfway. Pendant with glass jar

Then we add the colored stars and with a needle we stir until we place them in the place we want and that they are visible. Next we will fill the bottle with purpirin without exceeding the mark on the cap.
I chose to make my pendant with a glass jar a turquoise glitter and the stars in the same tone.

Following the procedure to make my glass pot pendant, what I did was add a little blue powder glitter to the end of the gel glitter to have two colors. Pendant with glass jar

The next thing is to put the setting in the cork of our pendant with glass bottle. These little jars are available in specialized craft supply stores and the cap is usually quite sturdy, but if you are in doubt you can put a few drops of contact glue on the edge of the jar before covering it. In order to pass the chain, what I did was a crimp with an old bronze colored metal bar and add a washer through which I will pass the chain. And then I closed the pot.

And to finish our pendant with a glass boat, what we have left is to decorate it to our liking on the outside. In my case I chose an old bronze color chain and settings and also some star-shaped charms. I have also made a turquoise satin ribbon bow and sewn it to a link in the chain. I have also decorated the rim of the boat with a raffia ribbon in the same tone and with a charm with an inscription. As a closure I have put a carabiner at the end of the chain and on the other side a washer to close the pendant with a glass bottle.

I hope you liked my tutorial on how to make this beautiful pendant with a glass jar and stars. And we encourage you to do it as a gift or for yourself.
