Flowerpots and blooms are a sign that spring is here. In Andalusia, especially, there are real celebrations surrounding flowerpots and plants. If you're not lucky enough to have a large garden, don't worry, in this post I'm going to show you how to make these mini-pots so you can decorate your home and have a colorful garden.
Materials to make the pots
- Colored eva rubber
- Empty coffee capsules
- Green pipe cleaners
- Green pompoms
- Colored buttons
- Glue
- Scissors
- Glue
- Eva rubber heart punch
Process to make the pots
Using the hole punch, make 4 hearts.
Arrange them to form the flower petals and place the button on top. Glue it down, making sure all the petals are securely attached to the button.
Using a piece of green pipe cleaner and a sheet of EVA foam, form the stem and leaves of our flower and join them together.
Attach a green pompom to the stem to give it enough support and prevent it from falling off.
Next, carefully attach the stem to the flower from the back.
Insert the assembly into the coffee capsule and put glue on the bottom so that it doesn't move.
Clever!! We have finished our pot. You can play with colors, designs and experiment to create totally new things.
You can use them to place them in a corner of your house and create a mini garden that will look great or in the room of the smallest of the house to create a spring look and make them feel more comfortable or even create a setting for their dolls or favorite characters.
