This craft is very easy to do and the children love it. The ideal is to do it with children of more than 6 years who are working in the school the human skeleton. In this way they will be able to do it naturally and will be able to understand the areas where they put each “bone” made with ear buds.
It is very easy and when you do it once, you can repeat it from memory to verify that you remember each of the parts, it is a motivating way of working the human body, the part of the skeleton, with the little ones.
What do you need for the craft
- 1 dark colored card stock DINA-4
- Ear buds
- Black marker
- 1 white paper
How to make the craft
Making the craft is very simple, you just have to have a DINA-4 size dark card. Follow the model in the images you see below to be able to follow the steps correctly. Draw the head of the skeleton on a piece of paper and cut it out. After having cut it out, stick it on the cardboard vertically as you see in the image.
Then count the swabs you need to trim and which ones you need to trim. Prepare all the swabs. Then begin to place the skeleton putting each stick like a bone until it takes the complete shape of the skeleton.
It can be done without sticking them on the cardboard, thus, once the activity is finished, it can be disassembled and asked the child to reassemble it, that is, to repeat the activity, but this time without looking at the original model. In this way, in addition to working the human body, memory will also be working.
As you can see, it is a very simple craft to do and that in addition, memory and fine motor skills can be worked with children. You will have a great time with your family doing this activity!
