Who says you always have to buy games to have a good time? With just a few materials and a little time, you can create a tic-tac-toe game to enjoy as a family. This craft is ideal to do with children because they'll feel the satisfaction of doing something well and, what's more, they can play with something they've created themselves as soon as they finish.

Materials you will need
- Three thick EVA rubber sheets of different colors each (colors to choose)
- Scissors
- Black marker
- Pencil
- Ruler
How to make the craft
First, you'll need to prepare the board. This is as simple as taking a sheet of thick EVA foam (we chose orange) and cutting it into a square. We created our board with 20 cm sides.
Once you have the square board, divide it into 9 different squares. To do this, simply draw the necessary vertical and horizontal lines with a ruler, as shown in the image. Each square measures approximately 6.6 cm to ensure it's as balanced as possible. We've outlined the lines with a black marker to make it stand out more.
Next, you need to make three tokens for each player. We chose three yellow tokens and three red ones. We made circles for the tokens, and once we had them, we cut them out.
Once you have all this done, you will have the game ready to be able to enjoy it as a family.
As you can see, it is very easy and simple to do, so you will not have problems doing it with young children, although you should watch the use of scissors.
