Arrives Valentine's Day! And in this post I am going to teach you how to make a super easy and very beautiful card, perfect to make with children.
Material to make the Valentine's card
- White cardboard
- Decorated or scrapbooking paper
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Glue
- Colored pencils
- Stamps of the design you want
- Methacrylate ink and base
- Circles and big shot dies or similar
- Double-sided 3D tape or eva rubber.
Procedure for making the Valentine's card
- To start we need a 15 x 18 cm card stock and a 14.5 x 17.5 cm decorated paper.
- Place the two circle dies in the position you see. If you don't have it, you can use squares, rectangles, etc ...
- Pass it through the big shot or happycut and cut out the two circles. You can substitute these machines for scissors if you don't have.
- Put 3D double sided tape on the back of the decorated paper to be able to stick it to the white card.
- Remove the protective plastic and stick it. If you don't have double-sided tape, you can use an eva rubber strip and use silicone.
- Now i will stamp the pigs on a piece of white card.
- I'm going to use black ink and a methacrylate base.
- I'll put the stamps on the base and dip them in ink, then stamp.
- You can use the stamp you have at home, the ideal is to create your own card.
- After stamping, I will coloring with colored pencils.
- I will start with the outline of the piglets with a slightly darker pink.
- Then I will fill the entire figure with a lighter tone.
- I will paint the heart with a red marker and I will also make some blush on her cheeks with a red pencil.
- Once the pigs are colored, I will trim.
- Then I will put a piece of double-sided tape on the back and stick them in the circles on the card.
- Now I'm going to form the word LOVE with metallic cardboard letters. You can use any letter.
- I will glue them to the bottom making sure they are straight.
- I'm going to give the final touch with this felt bow. You can use flowers, ornaments, etc ...
And we have already finished our Valentine's card, I hope you liked it a lot and give it to someone special.
