In this tutorial I will teach you how to create a worm-shaped pencil which is perfect to do with the little ones, and thus encourage them in the difficult task of Back to School.
Materials
To make the worm-shaped pencil you will only need three materials:
- A marker
- A pencil

- Fimo or polymer clay

La polymer clay It can be the one you want, the one you like the most or the one you are used to using, but I recommend that it be a clay of air drying since it is not advisable to put the pencil in the oven so that the clay hardens.
Los colors they depend on the taste of each person. Let the children choose the shades they like best.
Step by step
To start creating the worm-shaped pencil the first thing you should do is cabeza. To do this, take a ball of clay a little larger than the diameter of the pencil and glue it to the end of it.

Next we are going to do the body. Go hitting balls in a row, under the head that you just made, balls of the same size or smaller than that head. Glue them in such a way that they appear to be rolled up by the pencil, that is, they are not straight down, but rather spiral.

If it is of different colors as you see in the images, I recommend that the colors that are next to each other contrast a lot. For example, do not put the orange next to the red, so that the worm is more striking.

You can add all the balls you want. As you can see, I have put five for the body and one for the head.
Let's go through the eyes. Create two white balls and glue them on the worm's head. Then, with a black marker, paint the pupils. It is very funny if you paint them inwards.

It only remains to put the pins. Create small black balls and stretch them a little. If it is easier for you, you can make a longer fine line and cut it into small pieces. When you have two for each ball of the body, hit one on each side and on each ball.

And you will have ready your worm-shaped pencil, perfect to do with children and get them excited about these little details for Back to School.
